The unit is not so small but it is smaller and lighter than others in this price range. You can change the language to English or other languages too. It doesn't have auto-focus so you need to adjust the focus manually via the small knob on the lens. With ECO mode you can project a bright image in a well-lit room with sunshine for up to three meters away from the wall. It also auto-detects if the image is not perfectly aligned. One handy feature is that you can set this projector to project from the side, not necessarily from the front only. This way, it won't be in the way of your audiences' view if your doing a presentation. If you place it farther up to around 6 meters away, you can have a huge image(~3 meters high) and it's still viewable if you dim the lights. If you set it to its normal mode, it goes brighter up to like 3600 lumens. If it's dark, you can still be very satisfied with its performance in a large hall. This is what some community halls in Japan use for their medium to big meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 100 people. The speaker is loud enough for meetings in a room of up to 50 people but you will need to have an external audio device for bigger rooms or for watching movies. HDMI is the most convenient way to connect with this device, although DVI is also available. You'll have to use an audio device with an AV jack for audio if you opt to use the DVI for video. It is wireless LAN compatible. You can purchase the wireless usb unit separately for around 10,000 yen. You can connect to your computer this way. Or you can also use your android or Apple smartphone. But the most efficient way is to use the HDMI. I gave it -1 star because it doesn't have the handy 3.5mm jack for audio. And it doesn't have bluetooth so it can't easily connect to bluetooth audio devices. Overall, at ￥38,000~￥40,000, this is the best projector that you could buy. I don't recommend anybody to buy unknown brands that display higher specs. This is the best item for its price range.
