They can also be heated in the microwave.They have no flavour, but will take on the flavour of the other ingredients of the dish.I wish they were cheaper though...My favourite snack recipe; is to fry lightly in olive oil, add chopped garlic, lashings of lime or lemon juice, and then sprinkled liberally with coarse pink salt.
